Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the formulation of the company's legal management system, system and process, and continuously improve the internal control and legal management system according to the company's development status. 2. Developed contract management system, reviewed the integrity and standardization of various contract materials of the company, performed contract archiving management, data reporting and supervised the implementation of contract performance. 3. According to the requirements of the company, draft various legal documents, draft and review the relevant rules and regulations of the company, deal with legal disputes arising from the daily business activities of the company, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company. 4. Responsible for the group and other legal persons, public inspection law, public institutions between the official letter, business letter writing, reply and other legal documents. 5. Other work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in law, has obtained legal professional qualification certificate. 2. More than 3 years of legal related work experience, with listed companies working experience is preferred. 3. Familiar with the basic operation mechanism of the enterprise, familiar with civil and commercial law, economic law, company law, contract law, labor law and other laws and corresponding litigation procedures. 4. The work is organized, planned, serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous. 5. With good language skills and written writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, coordination skills, good communication.
