We are a European buying office, operational in various Asian countries for over 30 years, owned by the leading Swiss retailer, serving various sales formats for our owners as well as our third-party customers in food as well as non-food businesses.
Our core business is to source and negotiate the right products at the right price, to secure order processing, production and shipment to our customers in the right quality, quantity and on time.
Our large range varies from food, near food, non-food to Non-commercial products.
To support our growth, we will increase our portfolio of store fittings. We are looking for a very experienced professional to join us in the following position:

Responsibilities

product development:
o Responsible for product development in collaboration with the merchandising team, supplier, customers and our QC team from idea till golden sample
o Responsible for achieving the quality and functional requirements of each customer inquiry
o Responsible for performing thorough risk assessments for each product together with our QC team
o Responsible for defining and conducting necessary measures to secure sustainable quality in collaboration with supplier and our QC team.
o Follow up claims, identify root causes and develop corrective action plans with our QC team

Who we are looking for
84 You have good knowledge and proven experience of store fitting equipment.
84 You have a good technical background, discuss eyesight with the supplier engineer and always find solutions not problems.
84 You are familiar with European laws and requirements for store fittings.
84 You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and achieve results.
84 You are self-driven, result-oriented and well organized,
84 You are willing to travel within Asia.
84 You want to prove your potential and grow in our company.

Requirements
84 A bachelor’s or master’s degree
84 Ability to plan, organize and prioritize with good time management skills
84 Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
84 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in German is highly welcomed.
84 3 years successful working experience in store fitting equipment or similar product categories for Western European market
