99开发新产品，并在客户项目中为技术引进提供支持。Develop new products and support the introduction of technology in customer projects.
99针对工程交付成果进行规划、筹备并跟进相关活动，确保符合客户要求以及公司内部的开发流程和关卡标准。Plan, prepare and follow up activities on the engineering deliverables compliance with customer and internal company development processes and gates.
99了解车顶系统及其功能，并能够为各地区提供根本原因分析方面的支持。Understand roof systems and roof functions and be able to support regions with root cause analyses.
99根据技术规格开展可行性研究，得出设计概念和建议。Perform feasibility studies based on technical specifications resulting in design concepts and recommendations.
99使用正式的设计工程工具（DFMEA / GD&T / DFA / CAD / CAE / Lessons Learned / Design Reviews）进行技术风险分析。Perform technical risk analysis using formal design engineering tools (DFMEA / GD&T / DFA / CAD / CAE / Lessons Learned / Design Reviews).
99从成本和可制造性方面对产品设计进行审查和评估。Review and evaluate product designs concerning costs and manufacturability.
99根据初步设计概念确定构建原型所需的工程活动。Specify the engineering activities to build prototypes based on initial design concepts.
99完善产品规格和标准化文件，以达到设计所需的质量水平。Improve product specifications and standardization documents to meet the required quality level of the design.
99担任项目工程师、计算机辅助设计工程师和零部件供应商的技术负责人。Technical lead for Project Engineers and CAD Design Engineers and component suppliers.

岗位要求：
99具备车顶系统机械结构、导轨和润滑方面的经验及深入知识。Experience and in-depth knowledge of roof system mechanisms, guides and lubrication
99机械工程或汽车工程专业的本科学士学位或硕士学位。You have finished a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering on a BsC or MSC level.
99至少拥有 3 至 10 年的工作经验。有汽车行业的工作经验者优先。At least 3-10 years of work experience. Automotive experience is preferred
99具备机械系统和机电组件方面的知识。have knowledge of mechanical systems and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies
