Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead the full cycle management of Overseas Mud Logging, Directional Well, Well Logging, Geological Engineering Integration and other projects, ensuring the achievement of Technical, Cost, Schedule and HSE goals; 2. Coordinate cross-border Teams, Suppliers, and Customer Resources to solve complex problems during project execution; 3. Deeply explore Regional Market Opportunities such as the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, and develop Regional Business Expansion Strategies; 4. Maintain high-level cooperative relationships between the Government, National Oil Companies, and International Oil Companies; 5. Ensure that the Project complies with International Standards, Local Regulations, and the company's HSE system; 6. Lead an International Team, promote cross-cultural communication, and enhance team collaboration efficiency in a diverse environment. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, project management or related majors; 2. More than 10 years of experience in petroleum engineering services, including over 5 years of international project management experience; 3. Possess successful cases of projects in the Middle East, Africa and other regions; 4. Excellent business negotiation, cost control, and decision-making skills; 5. Possess strategic vision and global thinking, able to drive goal achievement in high-pressure environments.
