Manage store operation and grow brand business in 唯品会 and 得物. Work closely with TP (Taobao Partner) and multiple internal business functions including Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal team to deliver business objectives.
Key Objectives: - Manage the daily operation of stores on 唯品会 and 得物; - Assist in building relationship with e-platforms and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target; - Manage TP to provide qualified services and ensure all outcome meet Brand’s standard; - Carry out plans to drive online sales, improve consumer experience and brand awareness; - Work closely with internal team and TP to deliver good content and optimize conversion rate; - Work closely with internal team and TP to optimize SEO and SEM; - Monitor performance of key products and provide optimization plans; - Responsible for data analysis, generating related weekly, monthly sales and promotion tracking reports; - Responsible for annual contract renewal and other related contracts signing; - Work closely with all corporate departments to provide a clear understanding of order, delivery, sales, financial and all other issues; - Responsible for the monthly service bill checking; - Responsible for the payment requests in the system and complete the entire financial process.
Category Business Development: - As team’s category ambassador to drive ELU and SRA category online business and ensure KPI achievement; - Monitor performance of ELU & SRA across all online channels and provide optimization plans.
Others - Make sure proper reports are delivered in time; - Make research of competitor performance; - Support the E-commerce team in daily operation and tasks; - Undertake other assignments by line manager
