Qualifications:
1. Education Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree plus. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience At least 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supplier development. Experience in the shipbuilding industry or heavy industry is highly desirable.
3. Knowledge and Skills - Familiarity with procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and contract law. - Strong data analysis capabilities for market trend analysis and cost-benefit evaluation. - Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish effective working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
