JOB PURPOSE
The Technician is responsible for daily inspection and data collection to support engineering data analysis, and create the related non-conforming report in system to track and close, inspection or testing to support production line as special request.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:
1.Incoming inspection to support supplier quality analyst
2.Parts inspection as special request from other requestors
3.Create non-conforming in system to track and close
4.Troubleshooting on daily non-confirming to support daily production
5.Conduct source inspection in supplier side

REQUIREMENTS:
Technicial Schools
1. Machining Manufacturing experience, understand GD&T;
2. Familiar with common inspection tools;
3. Prefer using CMM;
4. Good communication and team work;
5. Familiar computer office excel, etc.;
6. Knowledge of quality process, special documentation and traceability;
7. Knowledge of GR&R;
8. Can do basically investigation on daily non-conforming;
