This role is responsible for deep analyzing business trends and data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Deliver impactful insights and reports to support organizational goals
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:
61 Develop and execute robust methodologies to analyze business trends and anomalies, providing timely, relevant and actionable insights 61 Regularly produce in-depth market/channel business reports, including trends, competitor analysis and forward-looking strategic recommendations 61 Identify inefficiencies in business processes through data analysis and insights, propose improvement strategies, and drive operational efficiency and key-stakeholder’s satisfaction 61 As a influencer or coach to help team members have the necessary skills and tools, and foster a data-driven culture to enhance the team’s overall data literacy 61 Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure business insights align with the company’s strategy and promote data and key findings sharing across teams 61 Cooperate with business units to define and optimize KPIs. 61 Bachelor’s degree & above major in Management/Financial or related fields are preferred 61 5 years+ working experience in MNC, Top Medical/Consultant companies, Trade marketing experience is preferred 61 Rigorous logic, data sensitivity, strong business sense and basic financial knowledge. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 61 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity.
