The Regional sales manager will be responsible for developing the business and achieving the annual sales target as assigned by company. Build strong relationship with customers’ end user for business growth.
Major Responsibilities/Duties 工作职责: -Be responsible for managing business development, sales growth to rapidly gain market share within the assigned areas to achieve the sales target - Determine target accounts through research, market analysis and visits to customers, distributors, etc. - Handle the technical data preparation, quotation, bidding, price negotiation with customers; Win the business at the business margin objectives. - Establish sales strategy and budget for New Product Introduction, volume, product mix, gross margin. - Actively related to Marketing Communication for China (Exhibitions, web page, leaflets etc.) - Research and analyse the competitors/key customers and reporting regularly - Monitor and report on the financial performance, sales, margins and cost management - Internal communication with operation/ engineering team about production, design, lead time to meet customer needs - Work with end user/institutes/OEM to win projects - Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Key Requirements 主要要求: Education教育背景: Mechanical Degree qualification or equivalent Experience 经验: - Around 7 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry throughout China - Familiar with China CNG, Refinery & Chemical or Compressor manufacture market - Technical sales background from industry business lines. - Technical knowledge or ability to learn about our product portfolio - Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage - Good business thinking and analytical skills for problem solving - Ability to prepare and execute technical sales presentations at customer locations - Loyalty and good teamwork player internal and external Language skills语言: Good writing, reading and communication skills in English and Mandarin Computer skills 电脑: Computer literate in MS Office, Excel and Outlook; Good PPT skills for business reporting Core Competencies核心能力: - Ability to prepare and execute technical sales presentations at customer locations - Loyalty and good teamwork player internal and external - Good Working initiative and self-management skills - Pleasant appearance and outgoing personality Key Performance Indicators 主要绩效指标: - Performance to sales budget, gross profit and field selling expenses - New customers and marketing application development - Admin, timely and accurate reporting, reduction in outstanding debt (reduction in receivables) - Customer satisfaction through the Customer service internal and external
