- Bachelor's degree in a Science or relevant /specialized training/relevant professional qualification, an advanced degree is desirable - At least 10 years’ experience with people leadership, 7-10 years of prior relevant experience - An in-depth knowledge of CN, TW& HK regulations with a principle focus on FMCG, Cosmetics, Medical Device is preferred. Experience should include close working relationships with NHC, CDC, NMPA, SMAR and industry association as well as Business, Marketing, Manufacturing and Research functions and excellent communication skills are essential. - It required demonstrated evidence of a solid background of technical knowledge and experience combined with the proven ability to successfully direct projects and influence people at all organizational levels. - Fluent in English Speaking and native language are very important for this position.
