Responsibilities: ●Adherence to company core values, code of conduct. ●Drive application/business development, especially in medical, industrial and consumer goods segments. ●Understand Delrin® value proposition and competitive benchmarking to identify a new opportunity for responsible segments. ●Understand the entire value chains, market trend, strength/weakness, threat, and related business opportunities for the responsible segments. ●Develop growth strategies for growth in China and territory market for medical, industrial and consumer goods, and execute it to achieve the business goals. ●Manage Key accounts for Delrin® business, build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities at target accounts. ●Meet/beat annual volumes and revenue targets associated with his/her customers ●Meet/beat pipeline build targets and ensure diligent execution to deliver on expected opportunity win levels. ●Work with global key account manager and global marketing managers to support the local business growth. ●Create/Develop/Implement local/global account plans for major customers.
Qualifications: ●Bachelor's degree or above required, prefer major in Polymer, Material Science, Engineering, Automotive and etc. ●Good in both Chinese and English, with great communication skills. ●5+ years in sales & development for a multinational company ●Experience of medical market is highly preferred. ●Experienced in developing growth opportunity pipeline and executing on it in a technical environment ●Excellent key accounts management experience and skills. ●A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve business goals. ●Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented. ●Systems and tools: Microsoft Office and Salesforce。com (desirable). ●50%+ travel time are required.
