Responsibilities/职责: 61 Work with Planning team for RM( package material & AA) for daily receiving and consumption, tracking the status for receiving and do GR in SAP system, and coordinate with Planning and shift team for abnormal case 与计划团队进行协调沟通日常原料AA和包材的日常到货计划和SAP系统GR确认,及时和计划及班组进行协调到货及库存异常情况 61 Work with Business Operation team for FG goods daily loading and transferring demand, tracking the loading status and monitor the PGI in SAP system, and coordinate with BO and shift team for abnormal or urgent case 与业务操作团队和班组协调沟通日常装货和转库需求计划,跟踪装货状态和系统PGI确认,和协调紧急状况及库存异常情况 61 As the coordinator for customer complaint related to Logistics, monitor the investigation and action implement. Coordinate and monitor the progress of RM complaint to vendor, Organize RCA analysis and push the implementation of action items. 作为物流部门原料和包材及客户投诉的协调员,协调和监督原料相关投诉的调查进展,组织RCA分析并落实后续行动项。 61 Department consumption material and PR manage and monitor 部门耗用品及PR管理 61 Assist the supervisor in the management of daily affairs,for example assist supervisor for KPI tracking& review, build and optimize workflow, 5S management, etc. 协助主管进行部门日常事务的管理,如协助主管进行部门KPI追踪及梳理,建立/优化管理流程,5S管理等 61 Other job assigned by leaders 领导安排的其他工作 Required Experience & Knowledge/技能与要求: 61 Associate degree or higher, preferably with a major in logistics 大专及以上学历,物流相关专业毕业为佳 61 3+ years of operation experience, with logistic experience is preferred 有3+年以上现场操作经验,物流操作经验为佳 61 Familiar with on-site logistics safety management requirements and applications. 熟悉物流现场安全管理要求及方法 61 Strong proactivity and communication coordination skills 有较强的主动性和沟通协调能力 61 Good analytical and summarizing abilities, strong execution skills, such as application of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) 有较好的分析总结能力和执行力,如RCA分析等分析工具的运用 61 Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT 熟练掌握Excel,word,PPT等办公软件的运用 61 Team management experience is preferred 有团队管理经验优先 61 Experience in drafting and optimizing standardized SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) is preferred 有标准化SOP起草和优化经验优先
