Responsibilities:

-As the function leader to setup the team to lead the design, development, and optimization of axle systems, establishing product development plans and technical roadmaps.

-Organize technical reviews, drive critical component selection, structural design, performance simulation, and cost optimization.
组织技术方案评审，主导关键零部件选型、结构设计、性能仿真及成本控制。
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, quality, etc.) to oversee prototyping, testing, validation, and mass production preparation.
协调跨部门资源（生产、采购、质量等）推进样机制作、测试验证及量产准备。
-Resolve technical challenges during development to ensure designs meet functional, safety, durability, and lightweight requirements.
解决产品开发中的技术难题，确保设计满足功能、安全、耐久性及轻量化要求。
-Track domestic and international axle regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, SAE, GB), ensuring full compliance of products.
跟踪国内外车桥行业法规、技术标准（如ISO、SAE、国标等），确保产品合规性。
-Monitor industry trends (e.g., electric drive axles, intelligent suspension systems) and drive innovation.
跟踪车桥行业前沿技术，推动技术创新。
-Gather and prioritize client feedback and market trends to guide product iterations.
收集并反馈客户需求及市场动态，指导产品迭代方向。
-Analyze axle market demands and competitive landscapes to formulate market entry and product promotion strategies.
分析车桥市场需求及竞争格局，制定市场开发策略及产品推广计划。
-Liaise with OEMs, suppliers, and industry clients to identify collaboration opportunities and secure projects.
对接主机厂、供应商及行业客户，挖掘潜在合作机会，推动项目落地。
-Support sales teams with technical expertise, participate in client meetings, customized solutions, and contract negotiations.
协同销售团队提供技术支持，参与客户技术交流、方案定制及合同谈判。
-Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
协调内外部资源，推动跨部门协作，确保项目按时高质量交付。
-Manage project budgets and control development costs.
管理项目预算，控制开发成本。
-Responsible for team management and development, and setup in house know-how on axle development.
负责团队管理和培养，以及搭建车桥开发相关的内部知识体系。
-Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
任职资格
-Bachelor’s degree or higher, Master’s degree or Senior Engineer Certification preferred
本科及以上学历，硕士学历或具备高级工程师职称者优先
-Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
机械工程、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业
-Proficiency in axle design tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAE software (ANSYS, ADAMS).
精通车桥设计软件（如CATIA、SolidWorks、AutoCAD）及CAE分析工具（ANSYS、ADAMS等）
-In-depth knowledge of axle industry standards, testing protocols, and certification processes.
熟悉车桥行业技术标准、测试规范及认证流程；
-Strong market analysis skills and ability to draft business plans and technical proposals.
具备市场分析能力，能独立完成商业计划书和技术方案撰写
-10+ years of axle design and development experience, including 5+ years in team leadership.
10年以上车桥设计研发经验，5年以上团队管理经验；
-Familiarity with axle manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality control processes.
熟悉车桥生产工艺、供应链管理及质量控制流程。
-Experience in new-energy vehicle axles or market development is a plus.
具备新能源汽车车桥开发经验或市场开发背景者优先；
-Fluent in English; able to read technical documents and engage in international exchanges.
