Job description:
1.Follow customer schedule to finish all NPI activities including sample making and PPAP run.
2.PE: NPI operation coordinator who follows NPI role and responsibility chart definition to create NPI document collection plan.
3.PE: Document collection including TPD document form customer or design team, TPD document in MFG process, testing, equipment setup, fixture fabrication and the other engineering activities.
4.Maintain BOM and Specification for MP project on PDM.
5.Create PFD, pFMEA , BOM, Specification on PDM.
6.Define KPC, KCC and criterion for NPI product.
7.Define and verify process capability, PV test.
8.Coordinate ZJ and TT site for engineering activities.
9.Coordinate and define operation procedure, rule, specification for ZJ site, monitor related departments.
10.4M change management for customer
11.NPI/NPD : Project Management, Development Schedule, Sample Material status review, delivery follow-up & control
Job requirements：
1. Elec or Engineering Bachelor Bachelor above.
2.2years at least in electric manufaturing.
