Job Scope: Sales Achievement & Effectiveness 达成销售业绩,拜访指标等业务指标; - Lead the team to develop regional in-hospital sales plan aligned with annual target and deliver as planned. - Develop and execute new hospitals / new products development plan. - Coordinate dealer on developing in-hospital sales plan and drive target results through regular progression reviews and monitoring.
Team Management 销售团队的日常管理 - Establish team culture, enhance consistent team goal achievement and transparency communication. - Set-up review meetings with sales team on sales performance tracking and drive for target results. - Formulate individual development plan and followed actions per team members’ development needs and have regular 1:1 check-In. - Oversee and supervise sales team’s performance, and followed coaching and feedback by review meetings, 1-O-1 talks, regional co-visits.
Customer Maintenance 该区域的学术推广,重点KOL维护 - Define and perform customer management plan together with team members per MKT segmentation & strategy. - Support team members to resolve customer requests / pain points with coordination with related teams & resources.
Go-to-Market Strategy 针对重点战略产品线和重点医院进行开发从而推动业务增长 - Develop and execute regional Go-to-Market plan aligned with BU strategy. - Raise academic promotion requests per customer needs. - Support academic promotions and market access tasks, coordinate with marketing/GAMA teams; - Manage key client sample/demo equipment with ROI analysis and provide on-site support, eg. instrument tracking, 67in-surgery field support67 etc.
Compliance Management 合规管理 - Oversee regional investment plan based on compliant and efficient premise, and regular analyze ROI. - Standardize and supervise regional sales team’s compliant sales behavior, ensure team expenses compliance. - Supervise dealers and partners to comply with compliance requirements
