Objective: 61 New Business and new Customer acquisition considering the overall Griller strategy focusing on differentiation, resilience and long-term profitability 61 Maintain good relationship with OEM/Tier1 customers and deal with business after nomination 61 Provides technical and commercial support/advisory for customer in alignment with Global Product Management
Tasks:
61 Leads customer projects during the inquiry process phase 61 Executes processing of external inquiries and prepares proposals following “Initiate new Business” and “Handle Customer Query” process. 61 Prepares and gathers diverse information and data for pricing and manages respective internal review (Business Case / DCF logic), and supports tracking of tools costs, bonus agreements and development costs 61 Monitoring and tracking of proposals 61 Contract management and negotiations in coordination with Griller Legal Department 61 Supports customer project hand-over (AM and PM) after nomination 61 Maintain good relationship with OEM/Tier1 customers and deal with business after nomination 61 Planning and preparation of customer visits in coordination with line manager 61 Produces visit reports in written form and reviews with area head 61 Submits customer orders/prices to SC in case of existing pre-determined business terms and conditions 61 Supports production of sales volume and revenue plans 61 Attracts new business and customer orders to achieve the planned revenue targets in coordination with superior 61 Supports ongoing improvement of assigned tasks and workflows (provides valuable ideas and suggestions to responsible KVP of the department) 61 Supports contract review/contract design and respective coordination with the customer 61 Performs market and competitor analysis, monitors relevant updates and compiles information in agreement with Global Product Management and Area Head 61 Develops and fosters relationships with customer stakeholders according to Griller's strategic customer acquisition plan 61 Develops an understanding of customer’s needs and how to translate those needs to Griller’s requirements or opportunities 61 Provides the relevant market insights to develop Griller's product and service offering (Griller's component supermarket and product portfolio) in alignment with Global Product Management 61 Monitor trends and regulations affecting Griller in selected markets 61 Support preparation for fairs and exhibitions 61 Comply with the company's EHS (environmental, health, safety) policy 61 Other tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor degree or above 61 5-8 years automotive sales experience 61 Familiar with the JV or Local OEM is a plus 61 Be familiar with Microsoft 61 Good English skill, communication to foreign colleague is a MUST 61 Ability to work independently and structurally with customer focus 61 Analytical and conceptual skills 61 Strong desire to do and succeed. 61 Optimistic and flexible. 61 Good team player. 61 Can accept 20-30% business trip.
