MISSION:

n Calibration engineer is responsible for the product calibration design activities.

n Accomplish all tasks link to calibration activities in line with calibration process and quality standard while respecting global calibration schedule.

n Define appropriate control logic and strategy to ensure design quality and robustness.

POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:

n Organize preparation of testing for location study, analyze results and submit report, make proposal to customer for location optimization if needed and support customer for the better sensor location.

n Follow-up tests schedule and preparation (Review Veoneer requirements with customer and/or crash lab).

n Verify data are received in accordance with expected project schedule, store the data in appropriate location, analyze and process the data.

n Verify necessary pre-requisite are available (calibration tool, algorithm guidelines, preprocessing, RTTF…)

n Define appropriate logic and strategy to ensure design quality and robustness, present and discuss performances with customer (submit calibration report).

n Comply with calibration process (tracing, checks, performances…).

n Learn to use new algorithm generation design, Support the algorithm team for customer communication.

n Participate in the product /process team meeting.

n Other related work assigned by leader.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

n Diploma: Bachelor’s degree of Electronic Engineering, Automation or Computer Science.

n Working Experience: 1-2 years’ related experience. Has experience in using and programming with MATLAB, HTML format and excel macros. Electronic development or experience of automotive product

development is preferred. Exposure to automotive passive safety electronics and passive safety systems are preferred.

n Language: Good English skill.

n Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in mechanics and signal processing. Have Project Management Skill. Have Risk Management Skill.
