KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1, Warehouse daily work management, standard operation process establishment and warehouse keeper discipline monitoring 2, Familiar with warehouse processes and procedures, implement and improve warehouse policies, improve work instructions according to ISO quality system requirements 3, Monitor the overall daily activities of warehouse, goods inbound and outbound, PDA storage, repackage, fixed assets management, supplier return/replacement, scrap, and inventory verification 4, Warehouse equipment and Folk lifts daily check and maintenance management 5, Ensure Inventory Accuracy, in full compliance with monthly cycle count and annually physical count targets. Verification the root cause of counting variance and provide and execute corrective actions 6, Logistics management, monitoring the transportation process, assist customer service team to complete the order delivery 7, Manage local freight forwarders, to provide customers reliable freight shipping information and logistic information in time, including logistics abnormal issues handling 8, Manage basic freight data, set up annual freight cost target and freight cost analysis optimization 9, Maintain warehouse 5S standard and ensure company policy including but not limited to warehouse safety, material control, shipment traceability and strict FIFO control.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS REQUIRED: 1, Strong executive ability and warehouse management methods 2, Family with warehouse process and procedures 3, Good computer skills,excellent MS Excel skills preferred 4, Familiar with ERP, SAP system, WM module at least 6 years’ experience, or key user 5, Personal Integrity 6, Hardworking and has a strong sense of duty 7, Good communication skills 8, Open minded and be positive towards all difficulties or setbacks 9, Must have an effective folk lift license
