工作职责:
1. Maintain CF Fab I/OQC inspections system.Promote and lead the IQC/OQC defects improvement activities.
2. Drive FAB to implement the defect improvement activities through the routine reviews/meetings.
3. Support process FA to solve quality issues from in-process, IQC, OQC.
4. Handle CP/RW/customer feedback defect.
5. As backup for metrology calibration, MSA, monitors. Ensures metrology systems running stable and acceptable.
6. Working with CIM and engineering team to implement necessary MES/EAP optimizations activities.
6. Others work from manange arrangement.
任职资格:
1. Over 3 years Fab PIE/YE/QE/PE working experience.
2. Familiar with basic quality knowledge of 7QC tools.
3. Familiar with APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/PPAP.
4. Familar with 8D report writing and 5 why analysis.
5. Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949.
6. Good English communications and writing skills are a plus.
