Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide highly skilled technical assistance for park network planning, engineering and architecture; 2. Provide implementation and technology support for park network service; 3. Develop technical standards and documentation, identify and evaluate new network solution; 4. Identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network performance; 5. Proactively communicate the progress status, plan of action(s), and resolution(s) of issues; 6. Deploy LANs and wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls and other hardware; 7. Resolve detailed technical network issues and other network connectivity issues that have been escalated to the network team; 8. Diagnose and resolve the LAN/IPT/Wi-Fi problem in a timely fashion, including being on call during non-office hour in case of network emergency that may arise; 9. Address Issue/problem timely with resolution to ensure 99.9% uptime of the network service; 10. Handle network related Change management and ensure all changes are under standard procedure and controlling; 11. Work with NOC (network operation center) or other global function teams for network global/regional policy, architecture, standard deployment.
Desired Qualifications: 1. 3+ years progressive data communications experience with focus on theme park, wireless / voice / video / data with supporting enterprise telecom engineering & architecture, or technologies (Wireless, VoIP, Firewall, and Proxy etc.,). 2. H3C (H3CSE/H3CTE/H3CIE)/Cisco certification (CCIE/CCNP)/Juniper OS certificate or equivalent qualification certificate, other relevant certificate is plus; 3. Expertise in non-Cisco platforms, such as HP(H3C), Avaya is a plus; 4. Familiar with Cisco, H3C, Juniper, F5, and Palo Alto etc. on one or more products is preferred; 5. Demonstrated experience in operation & implementation large complex IT project; 6. Advanced communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences; 7. Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop innovative solutions; 8. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment; 9. Strong customer, quality and results orientation;
