In the development of new projects, assist the project team in completing magnetic circuit simulation work, optimize the magnetic circuit design, research new magnetic materials, and serve the project's cost and technical requirements. Support customer application issues, including interference issues in customer applications, and provide customers with reasonable technical explanations and application solution recommendations.

Key responsibilities 61 Responsible for the development of electromagnetic design for current sensors, independently completing magnetic circuit calculations and electromagnetic simulation design work. 61 Responsible for the research and development design of new project electromagnetic schemes and can efficiently interface with electronic and structural design engineers to complete the construction of the overall scheme of new projects, ensuring the feasibility of the scheme design. 61 Responsible for the optimization design of existing products, continuously optimizing and improving sensor performance and reliability, reducing costs, and enhancing product competitiveness. 61 Analyze and solve issues encountered in product research and design, supplier production, production line assembly, and customer application, and formulate short-term and long-term solutions. 61 Theoretical support for magnetic material manufacturing and application technology; formulate performance testing methods and quality control assessment plans for magnetic material level, component level, and product level, and manage the quality level of magnetic material suppliers.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Electromagnetic Field specialty. 61 Over five years of experience in electromagnetic design and electromagnetic field simulation for current sensors. 61 At least one mass-produced current sensor platform development experience, with a preference for experience in the new energy vehicle or industrial sensor industry. 61 Proficient in the classification, characteristics, manufacturing processes, and testing methods of magnetic materials. 61 Proficient in one or several electromagnetic field simulation software such as ANSYS, Maxwell, FLUX, and skilled in Matlab/Simulink, Simplorer, etc., capable of independently conducting 3D electromagnetic field and system simulation of field-circuit coupling. 61 Familiar with the principles, applications, testing standards, main performance indicators, and development processes of open-loop, closed-loop, and fluxgate current sensors. 61 Strong professional English reading and communication skills. 61 Good communication and expression skills, teamwork ability, and the ability to organize development design documents and reports, with clear logic, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and certain product and systematic thinking capabilities.
