Context and Main Missions: The System Engineer is a crucial role, serving as the bridge between customer requirements and technical implementation. This position leads the architectural design of new products and technically guides cross-functional teams to achieve new product development. Key Responsibilities: 61 Customer Requirement Analysis: o Effectively communicate with customers to understand and clarify their technical needs. o Influence customer requirements from a technical perspective, providing professional advice and solutions. o Confirm specific technical parameter requirements from customers to ensure accuracy and feasibility. o Flexibly respond to customer issues, including challenging situations. 61 Product Design Translation: o Translate customer requirements into internal product design specifications. o Design product architecture to ensure the product meets customer and market needs. 61 Project Technical Management: o Technically lead cross-functional teams (including electronic engineers, structural engineers, software engineers, industrialization engineers, etc.) to achieve new product development. o Lead the resolution of major technical challenges or issues during new product development. o Organize technical discussion meetings to promote quick problem resolution. o Set up the testing environment for new products. o Establish test cases for new products to ensure performance and quality. 61 Documentation: o Write technical documents, including requirement documents, design documents, etc. Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 61 At least 3 years of work experience in system engineering or related fields. 61 Familiarity with the design and development process of current sensors and related electronic products. 61 Good project management skills and team spirit. 61 Excellent problem analysis and solving skills. 61 Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and writing technical documents. 61 Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with external customers and internal colleagues. 61 Systematic thinking, able to consider product design and implementation from an overall perspective. 61 Quick learning ability and a lifelong learner. 61 Experience with inverters in the wind or solar energy industry is preferred.
