About the role
As the key HR business partner to work with business leadership team on critical business, organizational and capability transformation growth strategy development and execution. Lead and drive China organizational, talent, leadership & culture solutions delivery including organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent hiring, development and engagement, performance management with total reward effectiveness, etc.;
Responsibilities: 61 Take lead to partner with business leadership team on organization effectiveness design and optimization 61 Drive strategic workforce planning delivery in line with business transformation growth strategy and plan 61 Partner with business leadership team to hire, develop and retain the key talents for critical role, and build solid organization succession plan with talent pipeline for leadership 61 Continuously proceed employee performance management effectiveness to drive overall organization labor cost efficiency 61 Take account for talent hiring with fast speed and high quality align with business growth needs 61 Lead Talent competency model refresh and drive the technical and leadership training effectiveness 61 Play as a critical role to build a Progressive, Diverse and Inclusive business & organization culture for employees to work with 61 Lead total reward effectiveness to drive ‘high pay for high performance’ culture delivery with higher employee engagement level with real EVP addressed
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; 61 5 – 10 years’ experience in the Human Resources Function, Commercial HRBP experience is preferred. 61 Multiple-skilled HR professional experiences/capability cross entire HR modules is required, including hiring, organization design, workforce plan, total reward design, performance mgmt., training and development, employee engagement, etc.. 61 Strong execution capability with solid business acumen, high learning agility, passionate to learn and grow, high resilience to work under pressure 61 Demonstrated strong change management capability, with solid experience to support a business transformation: org. & talent capability build/refresh, cost efficiency, culture build, etc.. 61 Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of clients and employees 61 Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, PowerPoint
