工作职责: -Work with team (both Performance and Planning teams) to analyze campaign data, develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization. -Hands-on operation and optimization on performance campaigns, biddable media, across RTB, search and ecommerce platforms, incl. TM, JD, Tencent, Douyin, Red, etc -Have a strong knowledge and experience in mathematical statistics, data analysis and data mining, such as Yuntu, Tencent DMP, Databank, etc. -Be involved in performance media planning, data analytics, insight learning and post-buy reports of performance campaigns.
任职资格: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media communications or business administration. Master’s degree is preferred. - Bachelors or higher degree. - Has a good working ethics as well as professional integrity, and be passionate towards digital/programmatic industry. - 4+ years professional experience in performance and eCommerce media. - Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suites: Excel, Powerpoint and etc. - Comfortable with numbers; Good understanding of maths (ideally statistics). - Fluency in speaking and writing English. -Positive attitude, a good working ethic and can be thrives on challenges.
