1.BRAND MARKETING PLAN Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment by: - Assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy - Accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health by constantly evaluating performance of both offline and digital activities. This includes the monitoring of progress against key trial and awareness measures and initiating measuring the effectiveness and ROI of key activities. - Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
2.INNOVATION & RENOVATION - Assist the brand manager in innovation projects management; building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues. - Assists in the development of consumer insights and the development of innovation and communication program working closely with the CMI team, agencies and other functional teams ie. Supply chain, finance to ensure excellent delivery and implementation. Key Success Measures: - Delivery of specific elements of the category 8 Quarter (8Q) rolling plan. - Responsible for driving topline growth, medium term category and brand share targets as well as specific marketing objectives relating to brand health and equity;

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree above 2. At least 4 years relevant marketing experience , FMCG preferred 3. Solid Project Management experience 4. Fluent in Written and Spoken English 5. Bias for action attitude; and strong growth mindset 6. NPD experience is a plus
