We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: - To provide high quality document checking and investigation for FCY/RMB Cross-border outward/inward payments within the specified SLA’s according to local regulatory requirement; and to ensure smooth running of FCY/RMB Cross-border daily operations. -To comply with the requirement of group policies and standards, procedures and local regulations with prudent manner and high level risk control sense. -To ensure the accurate, efficient and high quality services delivered to business partners and customers. -To complete other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to. -To minimize customer complaints and handling them in an effective and professional way.
Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - Be able to work under pressure with positive attitude, well organized and good time management skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Logic thinking with attention to details, be independent to solve problems. - Be very familiar with and deeply understand relevant group policies and regulations accurately and thoroughly under ever-changing regulation control environment. - Achieve customer satisfaction without compromising risk control and compliance standards. - Handle multiple/complex customer instruction associated with various supporting documents within limited time-frame; - Working under SLA, business facilitation and risk control pressure with limited resources. - Coordinate among internal & external parties including working level regulators to ensure the quality of the services
