Summary
Lidl & Kaufland is hiring Sourcing Specialist to join our Sourcing Toy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for below tasks,

Contribute to provide support to the division by establishing strong partnerships with vendors in the country to orient efforts towards business growth. This entails sourcing new vendors and strengthening partnerships with existing vendors in alignment with divisional sourcing strategy.
通过与当地供应商建立稳固的合作伙伴关系，为部门提供支持，从而推动业务增长。这包括根据部门采购战略，寻找新的供应商并加强与现有供应商的合作关系。

What you'll do
Source & identify new vendors according to company business need
根据公司业务需求寻找并确定新供应商
Liaise with vendors on business terms, and communicate on requirements & values in line with our company strategy
就业务条款与供应商进行联络，并根据公司战略就要求和价值进行沟通
Follow up on onboarding suppliers & factories according to company’s requirements
根据公司要求跟进供应商和工厂的注册
Prepare Sourcing & Onboarding status review with Merchandising Team
与采购团队一起准备采购和注册状态审查
Identify and promote identified product opportunities with Merchandising Team
与采购团队一起识别和推广已确定的产品机会
Market Research/Exhibition Research & Visits/Factory Visits
市场调研/展会调研及参观/工厂参观
Supplier management, maintenance & system usage guidance
供应商管理、维护和系统使用指导
Collaborate with cross functional departments and make sure all data/documents provided by vendors are completed accurately and punctually in line with company standards for registration and vendor maintenance
与跨职能部门合作，确保供应商提供的所有数据/文件准确、及时地完成，符合公司注册和供应商维护的标准
Enhance vendor relationship strengthen supplier network
加强供应商关系，强化供应商网络
Support new /ad hoc tasks & documentation review when required

What you'll need
Degree / Diploma holder in Purchasing/Business/related discipline preferable
优先考虑拥有采购/工商/相关专业的学位/文凭
Relevant work experience in sizable company, ideally in a buying office environment
拥有大型公司相关工作经验，在采购办公室环境中工作
Background and experience in Toy is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel
熟练使用 MS Excel
Well organized, self-motivated and detail oriented

A good team player and an individual contributor, can work to deadlines, priorities tasks and work well under pressure

Good command of spoken and written English is a must
