What this job involves: The [GCK + Korea] Supplier Relationship Analyst at JLL provides critical operational and tactical support for global supplier management activities, including systems onboarding, data maintenance, and process optimization. This role serves as the supplier onboarding Subject Matter Expert for assigned markets, ensuring data integrity across systems and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Sourcing & Procurement department. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Role responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison within the assigned region, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between global supplier relationship strategies and local operational requirements Collaborate with the Global Supplier Relationship Manager to deliver comprehensive operational and tactical support for global supplier relationship initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices Support escalations from the Aravo helpdesk, addressing general internal and external user challenges to ensure smooth system operation and user satisfaction. Demonstrate attention to detail in processing requests from clients, internal JLL stakeholders, and suppliers, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness to maintain high service standards Conduct thorough supplier data due diligence reviews, implementing appropriate actions based on findings to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain the integrity of supplier data within the Aravo system, including regular review and revision of contact information, remittance details, compliance status, and payment methods to support efficient supplier management processes initiate and manage Aravo workflows to facilitate accurate data mapping across integrated systems, enhancing overall data consistency and reliability Perform Vendor Management Cleanup (VMC) activities with precision, applying rigorous due diligence to streamline the supplier database and optimize vendor relationships Actively contribute to the Sourcing & Procurement department's continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, proposing innovative solutions, and participating in the implementation of efficiency-driving initiatives Desired experience and technical skills:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 year working experience Experience of Procurement System is preferred, such as Proficiency in Aravo supplier onboarding software, Proficiency in JDE, Jaggaer, and Corrigo software systems Customer Service experience/ Helpdesk role especially on system support is preferred Management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management. Proven experience with data analysis and reporting tools, specifically Power BI or other AI derived tools to develop and maintain dashboards, analyse procurement data and generate reports to support decision-making. Experience in Sourcing and Procurement, outsourcing and negotiation or other supplier management position is value added Critical Competencies for Success:
