Objective of job:
61 To lead and support the end-to-end implementation of digital transformation initiatives by managing projects and analyzing business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of digital solutions across the organization (e.g., HR, Finance, Purchasing, Logistic business domains).

Job Description:
As Project Management Specialist:
61 Lead digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
61 Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings to align project objectives.
61 Develop and maintain project plans, work packages, timelines, risk logs, and communication plans.
61 Monitor project performance and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
As Business Analyst:
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicitate, gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
61 Research, assess and propose solutions which meet both business requirements and cost-effective needs.
61 Translate business needs into functional & non-functional specifications for technical teams.
61 Write testing cases and ensure effective SIT, UAT and bug fixing by project team (IT, business).
61 Support change management and user adoption efforts for new digital tools and platforms.
61 Provide recommendations on process improvements and digital solution optimizations.
61 Support data migration, user trainings for solution deployment.

Experiences:
61 Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or business analysis roles, preferably in digital transformation or IT consulting.
61 Hands-on experience in managing digital or technology-driven projects.
61 Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and international teams.
61 Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.

61 Proficiency in business analysis techniques (e.g., Process mapping, user stories, data dictionary) & tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint).
61 Understand digital technologies such as cloud solutions, data platforms, and low-code/no-code tools (e.g., PowerPlatform, Outsystems, Mendix) is a plus.
61 Ability on UI/UX techniques (e.g. user journey map, top findings, prototyping) & tools (e.g., Miro, Figma) is a plus
61 Ability on data analysis techniques & tools (SQL, PowerBI) is a plus

Education:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications:
61 PMI-PMP (Project Management Professional) / PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
61 PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) / CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
