Job Responsibilities: 1.As part of daily operations, update and integrate various inventories to maintain real-time business overview and overall stock status. Manage resource allocation (including automated and manual replenishment) for domestic base warehouses and overseas Warehouse and Vendor Base (WVB) inventory to support daily sales. 2.Oversee product replenishment, incorporating replenishment parameters and strategies. For regular products, apply relevant parameters and maintain regular communication with headquarters teams. 3.Monitor SKU-level inventory to support overall sales and stock planning. Conduct inter-regional inventory consolidation or redistribution as needed to maintain healthy stock levels. Track shipment status, including potential delays, and coordinate resolutions with logistics teams and headquarters partners. 4.Evaluate existing processes, including operations and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) systems. Propose optimization and improvement plans based on long-term business understanding to boost sales and enhance efficiency. 5.Support fulfillment execution, order delivery, and tracking of overdue payments for cross-regional CN (China) foreign trade orders. 6.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: 1.Minimum 2 years of work experience. Proficient in office software (especially Excel; advanced Excel skills preferred). 2.CET-6 or higher English certification with fluent speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. 3.Have a sales-support mindset with excellent communication, analytical, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
