Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, ensuring long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify and develop new market opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer accounts.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams to independently drive sales projects for hospitality software products and meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Gather customer feedback and market insights to propose product improvements and enhancements.
5. Prepare and submit regular sales plans, forecasts, and reports to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality management software; successful sales cases are highly valued.
3. Solid understanding of hotel operations and familiarity with internal management processes of premium hotels.
4. Results-driven with a passion for sales, strong resilience under pressure, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Positive, self-motivated, and highly disciplined professional with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
