About the job: 1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell related products of Heating & Safety Solution in BU HGS 2. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions with already existing customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services 3. Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up 4. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions 5. Monthly sales report 6. Coordination with colleagues within project management, commissioning, etc.
What you know: Knowledge: 1.University education in marine engineering or marine knowledge related Skills: 1.Fluent written and spoken English (required) 2.Good at PC tools (required) 3.5+ years working experience in Marine related area 4.Independent and situational 5.Good communication & interpersonal skills 6.Good negotiation skills 7.Good contacts & relationships with customers 8.Technical & commercial understanding, business-driven 9.Cross-cultural awareness Attitude: 1.Target oriented, problem solving minded 2.Service minded and customer oriented 3.Dynamic, self-motivated 4.Ability to remain calm and maintain a stable performance under pressure 5.Willing to travel frequently Motivation: Is driven by increasing customer share, developing and maintaining sales & customer relationships in the specific area of responsibility.
