SAP Business One (SAP B1) Specialist with expertise in system integrations between SAP B1 and SAP S/4HANA. The primary goal is to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between SAP B1 and SAP S/4HANA, supporting the Chinese affiliates and projects with SAP Business One operations. This role requires a combination of technical SAP expertise, integration skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

SAP Trouble-shooting and Maintenance
1. Conduct regular SAP training sessions to ensure system proficiency across teams.
2. Provide daily operational support for SAP B1, including troubleshooting issues and maintaining system integrity.
3. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of SAP processes and settings.
4. Manage and monitor the process flow and data exchange between databases, ensuring smooth integration.
5. Administer user permissions within SAP B1 and ensure proper access control.
6. Design and maintain SAP print templates as required for operational processes.

Process Support
1. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless data flow, with emphasis on manufacturing, procurement, inventory and other operations-supporting modules,
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop optimal integration strategies.
3. Configure and customize SAP B1 to meet specific business needs and optimize system performance.
4. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data flow, process automation, and integration execution.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues promptly and effectively.
6. Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP systems.
7. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and company policies.

SAP-based analytics & development
1. Write and optimize SAP queries and reports to support business decision-making.
2. Standardize SAP analytics processes across global teams to ensure consistency.
3. Build and manage queries for the data warehouse to support analytics and reporting needs.
4. Support data warehouse processes to ensure smooth data handling.
5. Support coding, add-on creation tasks, and custom development as needed.
6. Lead integration projects, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.

SAP Projects
1. Managing / participating in SAP-related projects and change requests
2. Managing and improving global standardization of settings and process flows
3. Co-operating with other Corporate Transformation Team members to create real-life reporting
4. Co-operating with SAP Consulatnts as needed
5. Knowledge sharing with team members

Academic & Formal Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in IT, finance, marketing, IT, mathematics/statistics. Proficiency in SAP Business One 10.0 and integrations, proficiency in SQL. Strong project management skills.
- Experience with SAP Business One Intercompany Integration and Integration Hub. Programming skills in C# / VBA. Knowledge of CRM and Business Intelligence Solutions.
- Minimum 5-year experience in analytical work in finance, sales, supply chain in SAP Business One 10.0 and integrations
- High level of proficiency in practical application of MS Excel
- Experience with business intelligence
- Experience with API/EDI integrations
- Good English, native Chinese is mandatory
- Over 5-year experience with SAP B1.
- Proficiency C#, VBA programming
- Knowledge of SAP B1 10.0 (new version)
- Exposure to international SAP projects
