We are looking for a customer service representative for Rohde & Schwarz China.
Key Responsibilities: 1. To act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. 2. Service interface with the customers in responsible territory; 3. Responsible for service order fulfillment: order entry, goods receiving, quotation and follow-up and on-time delivery; 4. Monthly report the order income data to headquarter; 5. Perform the roles defined in the ISO9001/ISO17025; 6. Spare parts management; 7. Other work as per company’s request.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above degree of Business Administration, International Trade; 2. Min. of 3 years working experience in related field; 3. Multinational company working experience is preferred; 4. Good communication skill and capable in coordination; 5. Good knowledge of MS office; 6. Good sense of responsibility and team work. 7. Pro-actively solve problem and find solutions 8. Fluent written and spoken English is a must;
