RESPONSIBILITIES: Business analysis - Including (but not limited) market trend, competition situation, brand business performance, P&L, and consumer understanding. - Leading ongoing business reviews and identify optimization opportunities. - Leading Business intelligence on all EC channels including TMALL databank, JD 数坊, Tencent 有数, etc. to identify TA groups, communication strategy, and area to improve efficacy - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions - Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Insights implementation - Based on the strategic objectives and leveraging existing resources, plan the development paths of each ECOM channels; formulate short, medium and long-term objectives - Drive digital innovation and transfer to ECOM business opportunity
REQUIREMENT - Bilingual in Chinese & English - Strong analytical skills and business sense - 2 years+ experience in business analysis or a related field - At least 1 year experience of working on EC platform databank - The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions - Committed and rigorous - Passion for digital
