Position Summary
负责公司ERP系统的运维和业务工具的开发及运维工作，并协助业务部门实施和优化系统的解决方案，确保其与业务需求相匹配。负责数据库管理和维护，完成业务流程KPI可视化。
Maintain and support ERP system as well as develop and maintain SaaS tools. Assist business departments in implementing and optimizing system solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements. Perform database management and maintenance. Develop KPI visualizations for business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 参与业务需求调研，与业务部门沟通、分析和理解他们的业务需求，为其提供解决方案建议。
Participate in business requirement gathering, communicate, analyze, and understand their business needs, and provide solution recommendations.
2. 负责公司 ERP 系统的日常维护和支持，包括问题排查、故障修复和用户培训等。
Responsible for the daily maintenance and support of ERP system, including issue troubleshooting, bug fixing, and user training.
3. 协助业务团队进行公司 ERP 系统的变更管理，确保变更按照规定的流程进行并得到适当的批准。
Assist business teams in change management of ERP system, ensuring changes are processed according to defined procedures and receiving appropriate approvals.
4. 负责业务部门业务工具的运行、开发与维护，支持业务数据需求。
Responsible for operating, developing and maintaining SASS tools to support business data needs.
5. 负责支持业务数据和报告定期更新。
Responsible for supporting regular updates of business data and reports.
6. 支持数据管理。监督数据清洗过程。确保准确的数据提供。
Support data management. Supervise the data cleansing process to ensure accurate data provision.
7. 主管安排的其他任务。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 熟悉主流ERP系统（SAP/Infor/CRM）的主要模块和功能，特别是MM（物料管理）、SD（销售与分销）、PP（生产计划）和FI/CO（财务会计/控制）模块。
Familiar with key modules and functionalities of main ERP system (SAP/Infor/CRM), especially MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling) modules.
2. 熟悉主流数据库，具备良好的数据处理逻辑，有良好的学习能力。
Familiar with mainstream databases, possessing strong data processing logic, and demonstrating excellent learning capabilities.
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与业务团队成员有效地合作。
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with business teams.
4. 具备良好的问题解决能力和分析能力，能够理解和解决复杂的业务和技术问题。
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of understanding and resolving complex business and technical issues.
5. 具备项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理方法和工具。
Project management experience, familiar with project management methods and tools.
6. 具备良好的英语听说能力，能够与总部团队进行有效的沟通。
Proficient in written and spoken English, able to communicate effectively with global teams.

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机科学、信息系统或相关专业优先考虑。
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields preferred.
2. 具备至少3年以上的业务系统实施经验，熟悉 ERP 系统配置、定制和集成。
At least 3 years of ERP implementation experience, with expertise in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration.
3. 具有外资企业工作经验者优先。
Working experience in a foreign investment enterprise is a plus.
