KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Fully compliance with all company policies, including safety, control, data integrity, etc. 2. Responsible for polymer material characterization and analysis, ensure data accuracy and traceability, appropriate data analysis, new test method development, training and knowledge transfer to junior technologist and requestors 3. Responsible for equipment maintenance, including but not limited to periodical calibration, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, regular communication with suppliers, etc. 4. Close collaboration with application development engineers and research scientists; proactively participate in technical projects 5. Communicate with global networks for technical discussion 6. Other tasks that relevant to the job
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 1. Bachelor or master’s in chemistry, analytical science, physics, polymer physics, , chemical engineering, or relevant majors 2. ~3 year’s experiences in polymer separation or chromatography technology (GPC, CEF, TREF, HPLC), polyolefin related experience is preferred 3. In-depth knowledge in related area, including theory, instrument, calculation, and data interpretation 4. Enthusiastic, team player, "can-do" attitude, self-motivated 5. Be patient and resilient, strong willingness and ability to learn new things 6. Strong logic thinking and good problem solving skills 7. Attention to details and accuracy 8. Sound interpersonal skills 9. Good communicate in English orally
