Jod Decription:
- Develop and implement account penetration strategies for key clients, such as Fortune 500 companies and global retailers, focusing on expanding service offerings (e.g., transitioning air freight clients to integrated sea-air multimodal solutions).
- Lead contract renewals and upsell negotiations to secure long-term agreements with advantageous terms.
- Establish customer success metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders.
- Serve as a logistics consultant to clients, identifying supply chain challenges and proposing data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with operations to create risk-mitigation strategies for potential disruptions.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools to enhance visibility and compliance with environmental standards.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, working with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Manage high-value tender responses, coordinating contributions from relevant departments.
- Address and resolve critical service failures using structured problem-solving approaches.
- Monitor global trade developments and provide clients with strategic advice on necessary adjustments.
- Represent the company at industry events, utilizing insights to inform service development initiatives.
