We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media staff to drive daily content and community engagement across our Chinese social platforms. This role focuses on the hands-on execution of our publishing strategy, managing interaction with followers, optimizing hashtags, and experimenting with new content formats. Key Responsibilities ● Manage daily publishing on platforms like Weibo, Douyin, Bilibili, and others ● Engage with the community, moderate comments, and respond to messages to foster trust and loyalty ● Monitor trending topics and optimize hashtags and keywords for reach and relevance ● Collaborate with editors and designers to experiment with new content formats (short videos, memes, polls, interactive stories) ● Track analytics and contribute to performance reporting ● Stay updated on platform best practices and competitor content ● Provide feedback and insight to help inform broader strategy Requirements ● 3–5 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital publishing ● Strong familiarity with Chinese platforms and content culture ● Native Chinese speaker; working proficiency in English (Russian is a plus) ● Creative thinker with good instincts for audience engagement ● Basic content editing or short video creation skills are a plus
