Manage the existing distributor, including sell in, sell out, inventory, channel penetration, etc., to drive the sales performance and deliver the target Distribution and Channel expansion Explore new business opportunity with expanding business to new platforms, new stores, new models with external partners to find new growth engine, like social community, offline distribution site. explore the capable distributor according to different channel and category characteristic Clear strategy and KPI set up/ sales plans execution Play a key role in monitoring and steering the performance of key distributor/channel by regular sales results review, marketing analysis and improvement.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor degree or above. 3-5 years working experience with distributor and channel management profound experience in offline channel management can be considered as candidate too Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners. Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results. Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans, working with large amount of data, to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights, and quantify results.
