Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Sciences, or a related technical field. 61 Ability to read & write English at a competent business level 61 8 years of experience in automotive Industry. Excellent understanding of New Energy Vehicle Industry 61 5 years of proven success in managing and developing OEM accounts as a Tier 1 supplier. 61 Established connections with senior leadership at major OEMs. 61 Successful Business Development experience a plus 61 Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrix organization. 61 Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach. 61 Collaborative team player with high cultural awareness and adaptability. 61 Willingness to travel frequently to meet business needs.
