Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. Consider client day-to-day operations deliver solution requeirements,understand the client's business,follow sector trends and learn industry best practices,translate client needs into business and technology solutions.
2. Work acoss a variety of projects and build knowledge across relevant domains.
3. Diagnose a problem,conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems.
4. Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients.
5. Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requeirements and enhance adoption.
6. Capture user requirements and translate into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries.
7. Support the development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client and align delivery to business goals.
Job Requeirements 职位要求：
1. Ability to discuss and negotiate advanced strategies in both Japanese and English.
2. Ability to develop business in AI/digital related business.
3. Fluent in Japanese and understand the culture of Japanese companies.
4. Project management experiences with a strong track record of leading projects from start to end.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (which includes both quantitative and qualitative orientation).
6. Able to train and mentor team members to deliver client-ready outputs.
7. Results-oriented and able to work independently.
8. Plus requirements:
Consulting experience in corporate finance, management accounting, and KPI analysis Industry experience
Consulting experience in retail and brand business
Consulting experience in medical device business
Experience working with PE funds
Experience in on-site assignments at client locations
Availability for project assignments in Beijing (2-3 months)
