Job Description:

1.Visit Design Institutes and Architects (nation-wide) for early product specifying & architect consultancy.
拜访设计院机构及设计师用户，建立项目早期的产品指定及设计师咨询服务。
2. Explore and enhance medium - and long-term project opportunities in core markets for brand and product specification through architects and designers.
挖掘和提升核心市场中长期项目机会，通过设计师用户，建立项目品牌和产品指定
3. Work with sales team to secure the listed specification in tender document.
与销售团队一起确保品牌和产品指定的有效性
4.Set-up Architect Consultancy (responsible for Architect Seminars).
建立对设计师用户的项目发展咨询服务，负责各类设计师论坛等工作。

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree on engineering / architecture or related.
本科或以上学历，工程、建筑等相关专业；（经验足够可适当放宽）

2. 5+ related working experience.
5年以上相关工作经验；熟练CAD操作为佳；

3. Good communication skills, willingness to cooperate, persuasive power,
assertiveness, ability to handle conflicts, reliability.
良好的沟通技巧，合作意愿，说服力，决断力，处理冲突的能力，可靠；

4. Self-driven, engagement, willingness to perform and to learn, reflectivity,
change agent, flexibility.
