Job Description: 1. Take responsibility for supporting project related bid documents, proposal and quotes, cost calculation tasks. 2. Communicate with Engineering Department, Production Department, SCM and cost calculation team within the group companies. 3. Communicate and support the sales team effectively. 4. Creating quotation and prepare the offer timely and accurately. 5. Prepare bidding documents. 6. Provide support during the bidding period, and travel to meet customer for technical exchange.
Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree. Major: Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related major. 2. At least 3 years related experience in quotation preparation for mechanical products or inhouse experience with products and tools. 3. Excellent analytical and numeracy skills. 4. Cost awareness. 5. Good written and spoken English. 6. Familiar with computer/office skills. 7. Structured working method. 8. Good communication and coordination skills. 9. High responsibility and reliability. 10. Quick response and efficient working style.
