Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the full-process management of software development projects and customer delivery projects, including requirement management, etc. 2. Be responsible for risk tracking and management, promptly identify risks and take effective measures to avoid them. 3. Be capable of independently responsible for communication and interaction with clients, effectively manage client expectations, and effectively coordinate internal and external resources of the company. 4. Assist the team in conducting requirements analysis, design, research and development, testing, verification, delivery, upgrade and iteration, etc. for the deliverables. 5. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, software engineering or related fields is preferred. 2. At least 3 years of project management experience. Those with a PMP certificate are preferred. 3. Proficient in the project management knowledge system, and possess excellent capabilities in project planning, organization, coordination, monitoring and evaluation. 4. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of conducting clear, accurate and effective communication with personnel at different levels.
