Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 83 Engineering lead of customer programs 83 Communication with customer 83 Develop product specification / SOR with customer 83 Support BW engineering teams and ensure that all specification requirements are met on time 83 Support localization of components and modules 83 Preparation of presentations and present materials of design related items to customer 83 Documentation of project related engineering data 83 Support cost reduction activities 83 Support product improvement initiatives 83 Support production facilities and ensure that product meets production requirements 83 Support initiatives to obtaining new business / customers

Requirements / Qualifications 83 Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics Engineering, Master would be a plus 83 Min. 3 years experiences in development of products in automotive industry 83 Experience with working with Local Chinese Automotive OEM customers (preferred) 83 Self-assurance, good communications skills 83 Microsoft Office, CAD operation preferable 83 English: Fluent
