61 Assist in planning and coordinating events to enhance the public’s understanding of HOKA brand spirit, particularly the product launch events, store-opening events, brand experience events, celebrity attendance events, etc. 61 Contribute to event design and on-trend event concept, immersive experience that could inspire agency for a better offline experience. 61 Lead event agency in planning the event rundown and manpower allocation, coordinate the delivery of all event materials (invitations, gifts for guests, etc.) , also secure the public security approval. 61 Liaise with external vendors (photographers, event agency, PR agency, celebrity agency, etc.), and internal cross-function, cross-team (social, digital, retail, spoma , community, VM in MKT and EC, Merch, DTC & Wholesale department In BU) , also assist line manager to oversee internal guests’ arrangements for the delivery of events and manage on-site. 61 Deliver event report after each case. Keep an eye on competitors big events’ showcase, and lead agency to generate competitors’ action review. Content Development 61 For each PR event, assisting line manager in delivering high quality communications to amplify event exposure. 61 Monitor PR Agency in developing and implementing PR storytelling through event, generating compelling story angles and pitching stories to target media. 61 Lead the overall PR rundown, combine key media, KOL, celebrity, runners…etc. to maximum brand exposure. 61 To be innovative on PR content generation and new way/new channel for PR. 61 To be involved in global PR team communication with local team.
