Due to our growing Assurance Services, we’re now looking for a dynamic, growth focused Process Safety Management Project Manager with proven experience in the safety assurance sector to join our team in China. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced PSM Project Manager to carry out and manage PSM Project. When doing this, you will get the opportunity to engage with many of the leading companies and brands from the sector, and work in a team of forward-thinking, passionate professionals. Primary Function: To carry out and manage PSM project Responsibilities: · Mainly be responsible for the HAZOP, SlL, LOPA, QRA(Classification, verification), project handling in the field of Nuclear power, Petrochemical, Power battery industry and etc · Be responsible for meeting budgeted revenue expectations and tasks for PSM service and other KPIs in general · Source and build networks with appropriate partners to develop and promote PSM business · Carry out and manage project in an efficient and competent manner · Develop internal and external resource for project delivery · Ensure that project is implemented within agreed time scales and economic frameworks · Manage and monitor competence, delivery process, service quality and performance of project team · Take initiative regarding own professional development · Assist other assignments appointed by appropriate management
Position Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Petroleum, Chemical, Safety, Instrument, Electrical, Electronic or other related subject · Minimum 10 years working experience in HSE or PSM services · Loves working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment · Innovative and entrepreneurial · Proactive, flexible and collaborative work style · Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the have the ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams · Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating change · Optimistic, mission-driven personality with a sense of urgency and “can do” attitude · Ability to achieve though others – strong influencing skills
