Job Title: Asia Customer Service Executive Report to: Senior Manager, APAC Customer Service Location: Shanghai
OBJECTIVES: The position of Customer Service Executive is based in Shanghai. The primary responsibility of this Customer Service Executive is to provide the best customer service to internal and external customers every transaction, every time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Provide quality email support with a high degree of customer service, expertise and timeliness ● Acknowledges and addresses problems and issues in an honest, up-front, non-judgmental manner; provide follow-up to help to ensure customer satisfaction ● Respond to ISC Asia customer requests via email, including, but not limited to, customer PO bookinging, iNet agreement (launch/amendment/renew) booking, rental order processing, product lead time inquiry, expedite requests, shipment tracking, shipping document support, customer pickup support, inventory replenish ● Resolve order discrepancies, both pre and post shipment QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
● Working experience with Oracle system is preferred ● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills along with pleasant demeanor ● Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook ● Able to work under pressure and self-motivated ● Requires strong attention to detail, outstanding resourcefulness, flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
