**Project Management and Coordination** - Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements, objectives, and timelines to ensure a smooth project launch. - Internal Resource Coordination**: Coordinate resources across various internal departments, including testing labs, technical teams, and certification experts, to ensure seamless integration and timely progress of project phases. - **Client Updates and Problem Resolution**: Regularly update clients on project progress, promptly address any issues that arise during the project, and ensure client satisfaction. - **Project Monitoring and Cost Control**: Track project execution, monitor project budgets, and ensure completion within cost constraints. Collaborate with planning staff to make real-time adjustments and provide feedback. - **Sales Team Supervision**: Oversee the project initiation and execution of the sales team. - **Certification and Regulatory Coordination**: Handle necessary reporting to certification bodies and coordinate with national regulatory surveillance. As well as coordinate internal audits.
**Document Management and Communication** - **Document Management**: Assist in the collection, organization, and archiving of project-related documents to ensure their completeness and accuracy. - **Communication**: Assist in organizing project meetings, drafting minutes, and distributing them to relevant personnel to ensure effective communication. - **Customer Communication**: Facilitate and maintain good communication with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and partners, and promptly handle various inquiries and complaints.
**Quality Control and Improvement** - **Quality Standards and Processes**: Assist in establishing project quality standards and processes to ensure compliance with company and industry norms. - **Quality Audits and Improvement**: Conduct regular quality checks on projects, analyze quality issues, and propose improvement suggestions to drive continuous quality enhancement. - **Knowledge Sharing**: Participate in project experience summaries and knowledge sharing to provide reference for the company's project management.
**II. Job Requirements**
**Educational Background** - Bachelor's degree or above. A foundation in electrical or industrial product knowledge is preferred, as it enables a quicker understanding of the technical details of testing and certification projects.
**Work Experience** - At least 2 years of project management or relevant work experience. Familiarity with project management processes and methods, and strong project organization and coordination skills. - Experience in the industrial product testing and certification industry is a plus (including but not limited to inspection, pressure-bearing equipment, explosion-proof products, industrial functional safety, etc.), and the ability to quickly adapt to the company's business environment.
**Skill Requirements** - Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with common ERP system operations. Ability to efficiently develop project plans, track progress, and analyze data. - Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to communicate fluently with international clients and colleagues. Preference for candidates with an English proficiency level of CET-6 or above. - Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 17020, and ISO 17025. Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the testing and certification industry is a plus.
